WHY MASON JAR SALADS ARE AMAZING
Thing is, when packed properly, the mason jar helps to preserve the salad contents so you can be eating them for days. And the veggies are still crisp and delicious.
Plus, the happiness that comes from opening the refrigerator to a neat row of gorgeous mason jar salads is pretty much priceless.
And they seriously make my life about a million times easier. Because in one hour (or less) I can bust out 10 tasty salads (for me and the hubs) that are perfectly preserved and can be eaten throughout the week.
It’s the easiest (and tastiest) way to load up on veggies throughout the week.
You chop once, clean up once–but then eat fresh and tasty salads for days. It’s genius.
As a busy working mom of 4, these salads have made it painless and easy to eat healthy while avoiding daily veggie chopping.
While they can be used for meals, you can also make them to be used as side salads served with family dinners. No matter how you use them, they’ll save time and make your life healthier and easier.

- Wide-Mouth Quart Mason Jars – Getting wide-mouth jars is A MUST. Otherwise, it’s going to be a major pain to get the salads both in and out of the jar.
- Wide-Mouth Plastic Lids – While I used metal lids for a long time, once I switched to these it was no going back. Way easier to use and clean and use.
