Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with our products. However, we understand that sometimes certain products aren’t the right fit. However, as many of our products are digital and therefore cannot be “returned” not all are eligible for a refund. Courses are eligible for refunds within 15 days of purchase.

THE INCREMENTAL MAMA SHOP
I cannot offer refunds on digital designs and printables purchased in the shop. Once I send you the files, the sale is final. But I can and will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your order. If you have any problems, I will work with you until I resolve the issue.

THE ORGANIZED HOME TOOLKIT
After purchasing, you have 7 days to try out The Organized Home Toolkit. If you’re not happy with the product, you can request a refund within that 7 day window by reaching out to [email protected]
RETURNS ON COURSES
All digital products and course refund requests must be made within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. This includes Master Your Money, Master Your Morning, and Master Your Mess.
RETURN PROCESS
Please email customer service at [email protected] to request a refund. When a refund is requested for digital products, the access to those products will be immediately removed.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days to process your return. Refunds may take 12 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
