Please note, there are no refunds (and no exceptions) on live workshops or 1:1 coaching.
All digital products and course refund requests must be made within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date.
Please email customer service at [email protected] to request a refund. When a refund is requested for digital products, the access to those products will be immediately removed.
After receiving your return we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days to process your return. Refunds may take 12 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
