So far, we’ve worked on our sleep, waking up closer to our goal time, and starting our day with energizing practices.
This week we’re going to now start building our ideal morning routine.
We’ll do this by adding into our mornings something that helps us start our day off right.
Something that makes us feel great, gives us fuel for our day, and helps us get closer to our goals.
I call these things “My Morning Medicine” and I talk about this in the week 3 video.
